Trick Out My Crib is a CBE that specializes in transforming commercial and residential spaces into secure, high-performance, technology-enabled living spaces.
Our team is licensed to perform MEP stamped engineering drawings and architecture plans. At our core, we are a renovation company that modernizes spaces while increasing sustainability, security, and value.
We have staff who hold federal government security clearances. We focus on security, energy-efficient renovations, automation for safety and comfort, and customized solutions for homeowners, landlords, and government stakeholders alike.
Trick-out My Crib was founded in November 2020, and our first project was converting a single-family three-bedroom one bath residence into an affordable, six-bedroom, four-bathroom multifamily estate. We’re an engineer principled and run business. Our Founder and CEO, David Scott is a licensed engineer — (creates and stamps architectural plans and mechanical/electrical/plumbing plans for residential development) - and manages and oversees all medium and large scope projects.
The key to our success is our ability to listen to you deeply, the technology we use, and our affordability. Our team is diverse and we use these influences to innovate and better understand you as we strategize, design, and build.
